Who are the Preisdents with cultural contributions during their term?

like, is there any presidents(Must be before FDR) who have significant contributions culturally, for example: arts, literature, music, inventions, architecture, science, education, contemporary personalities, recreation/sports, fashions. Thanks alot~ and Marilyn Monroe singing "happy birfday mistah president" doesn't coutn lol.
